Has a "CRC" printed in black on the lower right-hand corner of the back outer sleeve. Unlike the other US Columbia House Club release, this is the only indicator on the entire release that it is a club edition. The other version also has "CRC" printed on the disc itself; this version does not.

This version has differences on the front face of the disc from the other US Columbia House club release. On the right-hand side of the disc, this version first lists the catalogue number and then directly underneath that is printed "DIDX 000481" whereas the other US Columbia House club edition starts with "DIDY 000481" and then has the catalogue number. The paragraph starting with "Made in U.S.A." has different spacing between the lines on the two club edition releases.
